1-5 PM | Interactive Art

Ink your commitment to building a better future on the ‘We the Powerful’ mural. No Kings organizers provided the outline — now, it’s up to all of you to fill it in, creating an impressive testament to the power of the people. And don’t forget to stop by to watch chainsaw artist Kat Dressler creating an ‘End ICE’ sculpture. Photos welcome!

We Keep Us Safe!

No Kings Community Safety Values and Practices

We the Powerful will:

  • Treat others the way we want to be treated - with patience, care, love, and kindness.
  • Walk safely to and from Boston Common using sidewalks, crosswalks, and signal lights.
  • Be alert to our surroundings, noting exits and not crowding others.
  • Offer support to people who may need assistance and ask consent before touching anyone or their belongings.
  • Ignore loud or aggressive agitators who may try to upset, provoke, or film us.
  • Be self-sufficient and prepared with water, snacks, weather-appropriate clothing, a fully charged phone, a meet up spot if we get separated, and anything else our group may need to have a positive experience.
  • Alert a safety person if anyone needs urgent assistance.
  • Take advantage of the information tables to learn, join, and grow our movement.
  • Embrace the joy and solidarity of being together as we build our power to fight authoritarianism and build a democracy that works for everyone.

Take the ‘We the Powerful’ Pledge!

Commit to taking at least one action a week to strengthen our democracy.

No one can do everything, but everyone can do something. And all those somethings add up.

People power makes an enormous difference; with it, we can shift public policy, help vulnerable neighbors, defend our democracy, and expand freedom and justice for all.

Your weekly action can take as little as 60 seconds. Check out this list of high-impact actions, and visit our Advocacy Tables for more opportunities to make a difference.
